COOKERY
Founded in 2013, The Cookery is more than a café—it’s a place of renewal. Here, formerly homeless and incarcerated individuals are trained in the culinary arts, preparing them for successful careers in Nashville’s vibrant food industry. Every dollar spent at The Cookery goes back into our mission, supporting Lambscroft Ministries and helping more people find hope and purpose.
Meet Our Founder: Brett Swayn, who once faced homelessness himself, founded The Cookery to give others the same second chance he received. With a background in professional culinary arts and a deep commitment to serving the marginalized, Brett leads our team with passion and purpose.
