We are excited to announce that our fall fundraiser once again includes a matching grant. Lambscroft Ministries, which includes The Cookery—a restaurant and culinary-training program, assisting those transitioning out of homelessness and incarceration—has an opportunity to match all donations received between September 04 and September 25 up to $25,000!
For the last ten years, The Cookery has been a light to many in the Nashville area: (1) the homeless becoming students in our culinary school; (2) the hungry stopping by for a free sandwich and drink; (3) the customers coming in for fellowship, prayer, and a meal; (4) Friday night worship services; (5) “Mission Saturdays” delivering meals to Nashville’s homeless.
You have been a light to us with your prayers, your gifts, and your service. There is more work to do, however, so we are asking for, and continue to need, your help. Funding our ministry helps us meet the needs of our students, including room and board, culinary training materials, ServSafe® certification curriculum and testing, uniforms, wellness care, housing maintenance, and van repairs. Your past support has been immensely helpful—and we thank you.

· Be the light of hope and provide monthly financial support to continue the light into next year.
· Be the light and bring friends and family to enjoy a meal. We are open Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sundays, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
